These say 9 and 11 inches? Which is correct?

The Replacement Pads for SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System # SN78FR fit 9" diameter round jack feet and they make that surface area larger to an 11" diameter so both specs are correct. The larger surface area gives your jacks more stability and are pretty simple to install, although you may need some soap, water, and elbow grease to do so.
