Though The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH44VR is not confirmed to fit your 2006 BMW 325i Sedan per the manufacturer, The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11033 is confirmed to fit per Curt.

The hitch has a bolt-on installation with no welding required. It has a gloss black powder coated finish that is over a protective base coat that offers superior rust resistance. The trailer hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight up to 2,000 pounds and a maximum tongue weight up to 200 pounds. I would recommend checking your vehicle's manual to find the proper towing capacity of your vehicle.
