Will I need anything else to install this on a 2021 GMC SIERRA at4 1500? What is the difference between this and the AL89388 version ?

I would be happy to help you. I'll start out by saying that the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs item # AL88288 do NOT fit the AT4 model of your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500.

The only air springs that are compatible with the AT4 model is the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers item # AL88388. This system has a different set of mounting brackets. Other than that both of them have a 5,000 lbs capacity and internal jounce bumpers. This air bag kit is also compatible with 5th wheel hitches but may require drilling depending on the brackets you have.

I recommend adding the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System item # AL25856 to your set up. This onboard air compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air springs individually from the comfort of your cab.
