I need some parts for my Hollywood Racks bike rack, but I dont see a parts section om your website. Did I miss it?

To replace that wing-knob on your older Hollywood Racks bike rack you need the Replacement Wheel Holder Knob # HRKNBSPR. This is for the current wheel holders on a lot of their racks but will also work with the older friction frame hooks like what you have.
This comes in a quantity of 1 so if you need to replace the wing-knob for both frame hooks you'll need 2 of these.
