Question:

If the motor on your Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator went out then you'll need to replace the entire actuator as the motor is not a replaceable part according to my contact at Hydrastar. You'll just want to choose the actuator with matching specs to what you currently have:
Standard:
1,000 psi - # HBA-10
1,200 psi - # HBA-12
1,600 psi - # HBA16
Vented:
1,000 psi - # HS381-8065
1,200 psi - # HS381-8066
1,600 psi - # HS381-8067
Attached are a few review videos for you to check out.
