Question:
I have a 2020 GMC Sierra SLT with a level kit installed in the front. I will be towing a 6x12foot Tandem Axel, V-nose trailer. Empty weight of the trailer is 1800 lbs with an interior load of 5200 lbs. Total weight being towed will be roughly 7000 lbs. I am worried I will encounter sag with the weight being towed. Is this the correct product for my vehicle to prevent sag? Will this product also help with trailer sway and vehicle bounce?

Yes, the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs item # SS65FR will fit your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 and prevent sag. These helper springs have a 1,000 lbs capacity and use a system called progressive load control. The springs compress according to the weight of your cargo. The heavier the load the more the springs compress to provide the support you need to keep you rear end from sagging.
These helper springs will help with trailer sway but if you are experiencing significant sway I recommended using a weight distribution system. The Fastway e2 Weight Distribution item # FA92-00-1000 has built in sway control and a tongue weight range of 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs. This system will be perfect with your 7,000 lbs trailer and will also solve the sagging issue you are experiencing.
I have linked a review video below so you can get a better look at the function and installation of this weight distribution system.
This system does not include a hitch ball. Depending on your coupler size you will either need a 2" Hitch Ball item # A-90 or a 2-5/16" hitch ball item # C40030.
