Option if You Need a Replacement Anti-Rattle Mechanism on Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack

Hello...having a hard time finding a bike part for my Thule T2 Pro XTR...its the part that expands inside the hitch to tighten the rack inside the hitch. Useless without it. Just wondering if you carry that part.

The part on the shank of the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH83JV that tightens inside of the hitch is not a part that is available. I contacted the manufacturer to verify this.
The only ways to correct that part would be to get a new Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH83JV or replace the lower assembly with the Replacement Lower Assembly and 2" Stinger for Thule T2 Pro XTR 2-Bike Rack # TH37MY.
