Question:
I want to replace my 10-yr-old Tekonsha brake controller P3-90195 with a DL100 on my 2005 Silverado with factory tow package. The Tekonsha mating connector is marked: DELPHI PA66 ???. A-BLK, B-RED, C-WHT, D-BLU. The opposite end of the harness is routed to an under-dash connector panel. Is this Tekonsha 4-pin connector form, fit and function compatible plug-and-play with the DL100?

Thank you for all of the information!
It sounds like you have the Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3015-P that's connecting the Prodigy P3 # 90195 to the factory tow package port on your 2005 Chevy Silverado. From what I'm seeing it looks like that black connector is the same design as the Tuson DirecLink Base Model Trailer Brake Controller # 335DL-100 so you should be able to at least try plugging it in. The wiring is the same pinout so if it fits then you don't have to do any splicing!
If it doesn't fit then you simply need to cut off the black connector from the Tekonsha wiring and spice in the pigtail that comes with the DirecLink color for color. So even if you do have to do some splicing it is a pretty simple process. If you don't already have some butt connectors you'll need to pick up part # DW05745-5 to complete the installation.
