We do have a light very similar to the Optronics Double Bullseye Trailer light # MC42AB that you referenced that has a white background. The Peterson Amber Rectangular Two Bulb Trailer Clearance Light part # 425600.
This light does have the white background mounting surface that you had requested. This light has very similar dimensions, mounting style, and bulb configuration as the product that you had referenced.
I have included a link to the product page for your reference.
