I do have an option for you but it isn't advised to lift the vehicle by the frame when using the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57228. Instead, you should use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2525 which does allow you to lift the truck by the frame with the bags installed without damage.
