Will the Curt Hitch part #C13272 fit my 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport without any alteration?

I have a great hitch for your 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport, however the Curt item # C13272 does not fit. Instead you will want the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 75540. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Lexus with included hardware.
I have taken a look at the instructions and linked them below it does not look like there is any trimming or modification to your Lexus required.
To tow with this hitch you will need a wiring harness item # 56083 and a ball mount kit item # C45534. The wiring harness only fits the Lexus's with the factory tow package.
