Question:

Could this front suspension enhancement work on a 2010 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD? Added a plow to the front of this truck and I am looking to reduce sage.

I have a solution for you, however, SumoSprings has not confirmed fitment regarding Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs Front Axle # CSS-1168F on your 2010 Silverado 2500 HD 4x4.

Instead, I recommend installing Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TGMFK25S. These will do an excellent job of reducing front end sag, and will definitely out-perform the coil springs you were originally looking at. The Timbrens self-adjust and stiffen up when load / weight is added to the front of your truck and greatly reduce body roll. I have Timbren jounce springs on my truck and can say the install was very simple and I have been happy with them so far.
