Will the load assist work with a 2020 Subaru Outback?

I do have an option for you but most load assists like the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist part # RR-RUSL won't work on factory roof racks as they require overhang which the flush systems don't have. Instead, I recommend the Yakima ShowBoat 66 Slide-Out Load Assist Roller for Roof Mounted Kayak Carriers part # Y04068.
