From what I have found, it looks like all of the Air-Tow trailers use a side frame mount sidewind jack. For a 5,000 lb replacement you could use the Pro Series Square Jack with Footplate # PS1400850383. This has a direct-weld design with a 28-1/8" retracted and 53-11/16" extended bracket height. The jack has a total lift of 28-11/16". I recommend comparing this to what you had before to make sure it will work for you.
