The # PS1400850383 Pro Series Square Trailer Jack you'd looked at is designed to be directly welded to the trailer frame without using a mount. I've linked you to a product description video featuring the jack.
If you were looking for a side wind 5K capacity 2 inch pipe mount, I'd recommend the Bulldog # BD190758.
