I have a 2016 vw touareg with vw cross bars tslot and want to install a thule hulleport kayak carrier older model ~2009. The current bolts are too short for the thickness of the cross bar. Can you suggest a solution the ideally takes advantage of the tslot. Thanks

The Watersports Adapter # THXADAPT11 fits the Thule Hull A Port that you have and allows it to attach to the top channel of the crossbars you have now.
