Are Swivels of MB Sturgis Hose MBS94FR Durable
Published 08/25/2022 >
Question:
I need a 3/8 x 3 ft propane hose to connect my regulator to the hard pipe on my Airstream. The current hose does not have swivels and has lasted 15 years, I am replacing as a precaution. If I can get another 15 years out of a hose it will take me until I am too old to be trailering and it will become someone elses concern when the trailer is sold. I am concerned about the swivel not being as durable and developing leaks at the swivels. I would also prefer a US made hose if at all possible. I like the MB Sturgis products, have had variable luck with Camco products. Just wondering what your thoughts are recommendations are. Thank you any insights.

The swivel collars of the MB Sturgis Propane Hose # MBS94FR are not weak points at all on the hose. They are going to hold up well and I would not be shocked if you were to get as long as you need from this hose without any failures. The MB Sturgis brand is known to us as being very reliable and is made in the USA.
