I have a great hitch for your 2021 Mini Cooper 4 Door. It is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7290. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Mini with included hardware. This hitch will NOT fit the S model or the John Cooper works model.

I really like this hitch because it mounts directly behind the bumper. This leaves only the 1-1/4" receiver portion exposed which doesn't drastically affect the already low ground clearance.

If you plan on towing with this hitch you will need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and Drawbar item # 3593 and then for hitch balls item # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or item # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
