Tow bars like the etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Crossbar Base Plates # e64ZR are not vehicle specific, but rather base plate specific.
So, to be able to use this tow bar with your 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer you're going to need to use a XL, EZ, EZ2, and EZ4 Series base plate.
I recommend checking out the:
-Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # 3109-1.
This base plate is confirmed to fit your 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer, and will allow you to use the etrailer XHD Tow Bar # e64ZR.
Additionally, if you're interested in a complete flat tow setup, you're also going to need:
-A braking system # HM39524,
&
-A wiring kit # RM-152-98146-7.
