Expert Reply:
For your factory 2-1/2 inch trailer hitch on your 2013 Dodge Ram the lock you selected, # e98881, is an excellent choice. The usable span of the lock measures 3-5/8 inches so it is long enough for the wide 2-1/2 inch receiver on your truck. And it will also work with the reducer because the hitch pin hole diameters will match up. I have included a link to a review video on the lock to the right for you.
