I have a 2022 Legacy Limited with all of the Eyesight features...blind spot detection, etc. Will this harness interfere with any of that?

Nope, none of the EyeSight features on your 2022 Subaru Legacy will be interfered with whatsoever when installing the Curt 4-way wiring harness that fits, which is the following part number:
- Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C79CR
The Curt # C79CR plugs into the taillights on your Subaru so it knows when to activate the turn and brake signals on your trailer, but that's all it does; the 4-way won't have an affect on any part of your electrical system or its features.
