Can Rhino Rack Dome Awning Install on 2017 Toyota RAV4 OEM Roof Rack

Hello I have a 2017 rav4 xle with OEM cross bars. I would like to attach this to rear of my car. Would I be able to do it with OEM cross bars or would I need specific cross bars from rhino rack

The Rhino Rack Dome part # RR32125 that you referenced requires a roof rack that has top channels on top of the crossbars which your 2017 Toyota RAV4 bars do not so what you'd need is the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA126B-2 and # RRSX100 and you'd be set since this rack has top channels.
