Question:

Hi - can you tell me if Thule or Yakima make a rolling/sliding kayak cradle that will attach via a T-slot to my Thule Wingbar Evo bars? Appears that the Yakima Handroll or Sweetroll attach with a clamp, not a T-slot. Thx

Thule has a few kayak carriers that mount via tracks but they don't offer the load assisting feature of a rolling or sliding cradle like what we find on the Yakima SweetRoll # Y04074. I personally like the clamping system on the SweetRoll so for a saddle system with an integrated rolling feature I recommend the SweetRoll which can be locked with the Core Kit # Y07204.

For a system that fits into the T-Slot of your WingBar Evo crossbars and offers load assist I recommend checking out the Malone SaddleUp # MPG1001 which is a rear loading carrier and then pairing it with the Malone Channel Loader # MAL48FR. This doesn't give you that all-in-one system but it does install in the T-Slots like what you're looking for.
