The fitment of pin boxes like the Curt Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC65VR are solely based on the bolt pattern for the trailer and not the tow vehicle. This specific pin box is a replacement for Lippert's Rhino Box bolt pattern.

To determine what bolt pattern you currently have you can see if there's a sticker somewhere on your current pin box that lists an RPO and serial number on it that we can use to identify the bolt pattern.

If your pin box doesn't have this sticker then you can use the attached guide to measure your pin box and find the corresponding bolt pattern.

I've attached a short video below where Bobby will go over the dimensions of the pin box to help determine any clearance issues you may be concerned about with your truck bed. That being said a long bed will typically not run into any clearance issues.
