Troubleshooting A Furrion RV Soundbar Thats Stuck On Pause

Question:
Hello, we have a furrion sound bar in our travel trailer. It is stuck in “pause” mode. We are unable to reset it as nothing will change the mode at all. Not even able to power it down. please advise

Expert Reply:
The Furrion RV Soundbar # FSB2N25MCBL has a fuse holder in-line with the wiring harness that can be pulled to cut the power to the unit. Once the fuse is pulled let it sit for a few minutes to fully power down and then you can reinsert the fuse.
If hard resetting your soundbar does not solve the issue let me know and we can keep troubleshooting.
