The wheel is a sturdy steel wheel that has 4 hand holds. It has a silver acrylic enamel finish that helps resist chipping and other damage which is better than powder coat finishes. It has an excellent corrosion resistance that has a salt spray rating of more than 1,000 hours.
The metal valve stem is included.
