Both the Curt trailer wiring harness # C27BR and the Tekonsha T-One part # TK39VR are great options for trailer wiring that fits your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that does not have the factory tow package. Essentially they are the same thing designed by two different brands. I would go with the Curt though as we have great luck with the reliability of their kits.
