I went ahead and tried to look for your Meher Group Brake Pads, and I wasn't able to find anything regarding those pads.
With that being said, I am more than happy to assist you in finding compatible brake pads but there won't be a direct replacement for you.
In order to find a correct set of replacement brake pads, I am going just going to need to know what the current brake calipers you have right now as they are going to be specific to them.
For instance, the Kodiak Ceramic Brake Pads # K250CP will work with Kodiak 250 Calipers, and are rated for 7,000-lbs to 8,000-lbs.
