Question:

Hi, Im looking to get new leaf springs with a higher rating for my 2020 coachmen Spirit 2963BH. Im not certain as to what length is required. I do know they are double eye set up. They are very flat, but eye to eye measurement is 26.5”. The axle spacing center of hub to center of hub is 41”. Axles are 3500 lb dexters. I’d like to have a bit stronger leaf spring that what I currently have and prefer higher rated than my axles. I am also interested in a new hanger replacement such as the CRE3000 or similar. Let's go ahead and start with the double-eye leaf springs, and we have exactly what you are looking for, which are springs rated higher than your 3,500 lb axle, and with the length you need. Springs flatten out and elongate over time so the best replacement for you are 4k leaf springs which measure 26 inches from center eye to center eye:

The # e22YR will be a strong upgrade, and will work in tandem with new equalizers, as opposed to a hanger kit. For your combination of leaf spring length and wheel spacing, the best option for a MORryde equalizer upgrade is the following:
