Does Buyers Products Flatbed/Flatbed Dump Hitch Fit Ford F-450 Cab & Chassis

I recently purchased a 2020 Ford cab & chassis f450, 16000 gvw I intend to put on a dunk bed that overhangs 16 in from the end of the frame rail, Will this bumper bolt into the holes that are drilled at the end of the frame rail for the Ford?.

Yes it will; according to the manufacturer, Buyers Products, your Ford F-450 cab and chassis will allow you to mount, without drilling, the Buyers Products hitch plate bumper, which is the following part number:
