I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR2000S01 as we do not have an axle with the measurements you are needing. This will replace your standard axle with an independent suspension that uses AEON progressive-rate main springs. These will help to absorb shock from bumps rather than transferring the shock to the trailer. It has the BTR spindle that uses the Bearing # L44649 you are needing.
If you would rather stick with the solid axle design you will need to find your nearest trailer dealer to have a custom set of axles ordered.
