It is a 4x4 crew cab with a 8ft bed. Is this all I need TLD 2101 front and TLD 3109 rear. I assume the kit comes with everything.. also it appears to have a factory trailer hitch,, no steps on the bed , just on the cab

Yes that is correct, the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLD3109 and the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLD2101 that you mentioned is the correct front and rear tie downs needed for your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 long bed, and includes everything you need for installation.
Additionally, you are going to need a set of turnbuckles # TLS9529-2-LK to secure your camper to your truck bed.
