Based on your images your grille guard looks different from the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard Stainless # 45-3820 that is custom fit for your 2018 Toyota 4Runner. This and the Black # 40-3825 are the only Sportsman Grille Guards I can find that fit your Toyota. They use the Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit # 40-382PK that line up with holes specific to their custom fit grille guard. There is not a universal hardware kit to match your guard seen in the pictures.
