The Better Bath RV Shower Pan # LC210383 which measures 46-1/4 Long x 24-1/4 Wide is only available in a right hand configuration but if you're able to adjust your shower space at all we have the Better Bath RV Shower Pan # LC210377 which is a left handed drain pan that measures 40" Long x 24" Wide.
I checked with Lippert and the larger one is only available in the right-handed option so you'll either need to find a way to get the smaller one to fit or see if there is something else that is a little longer for your application.
