The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller item # RED44FR includes the wiring harness you will need to splice into the wiring on your 2012 GMC Yukon XL. There is no plug in adapter available for your vehicle. The needed wires are already run. You will connect the brake controller wiring with the Yukon wiring that is already present under the dash. I linked an installation video below of an install we did on a 2015 Yukon to help you out.
