I took a look at your Kwikee 151320 gearbox and it turns out this has been discontinued and replacement parts are no longer available.
Your best option at this point is for a full unit replacement. If you're able to let me know what series steps you have, I'd be more than happy to help you find a replacement/upgrade.
For instance, if you had the 32 series steps you could use the:
-Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly # LC372261.
