When we installed the etrailer hitch part # e98863 on a similar Buick Enclave as your 2014 model we found that the top of the hitch measured 19 inches down to the ground. That's a pretty solid amount of ground clearance so I would not think you'd have ground clearance issues with the Curt cargo carrier part # C18112 that you referenced.
