If you are receiving power to your screen and have confirmed all of your connections are good then it sounds like you will need to replace it. One last thing you can try is to completely power off your Onecontrol system in hopes of resetting it but it sounds like the issue is with your screen. If your Lippert OneControl system is under warranty you will want to contact Lippert directly to get a replacement. If you are outside of your warranty period we do offer a replacement screen that matches part number 450065. It is the Replacement Touch Panel Assembly for Lippert OneControl - 7" item # LC75UD.
