Possibly. If you've checked your power supply, fuses, and connections then there's a strong chance the screens your problem. Any additional troubleshooting help I could offer would require some more information on what system you have and a part number on your screen. I am not sure what system you're using but the Replacement Touch Screen Control Panel item # LC83VR you were looking at the Electric Ground Control TT Automatic 5-Point Travel Trailer Leveling System item # LC672136 and Lippert OneControl systems.
