For a great option for your 2020 Toyota Highlander with panoramic bare roof, I recommend the Thule Force XT XXL # TH6359B. This box has the largest internal dimensions out of all of our cargo boxes. It also comes with a dual-opening lid that can be accessed from either side of your vehicle.

I confirmed that your trunk can fully open with this box mounted on your roof. If you already have crossbars, I recommend measuring your bars to make sure they do not exceed 3-1/2" wide x 1-11/16" tall. The box will work perfectly because the clamps do not require any bottom bolts/nuts that could potentially interfere with your panoramic roof.
