When adding the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler # D13504 you will only need one of the Derale Radiator Adapter Fittings for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury # D13025. This comes with 2 adapter fittings for installation on your 2006 Ford F-150.
The male threaded end of the fitting goes into your vehicle's radiator. The female end adapter attaches to the line you removed from the radiator that runs to your transmission. The other end of each fitting is a hose barb where a rubber hose slides over.
