Adapter to go From Propane Tank to Camp Stove With 1/4 Inch Quick Disconnect

Question:
I have a camp stove that has a regulator connected right before the stove. For ease of use, I want to run 1/4 inch quick connect hose from a 20 lb tank to the stove. Can I use an adapter from the tank to the 1/4 inch quick connect line and have full pressure run through until it gets to the stove, or do I need to move the regulator to the tank so it is lower pressure going through the hose from the tank?

You don't want to move the regulator, so what you will need instead is an adapter that will go between the tank and 1/4" quick disconnect, like you mentioned. This is actually a T-fitting, and the correct part is the following:
- MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting w Hose - Type 1 Valve - Quick Disconnect, Disposable Cylinder Ports # 103615
