To determine the correct kit for your 4,400lb axles you'll want to measure the diameter of the axle using some calipers. If your axles measure 2-3/8" then you'll want part # RM-2450, if they measure 3" then you'll want part # RM-2460.
Most likely your axles are 3" in diameter but I'd air on the side of caution and measure them to be sure.
