Question:
Is the pilot hole size 2 1/2 inches on this model? I am looking for a 13 inch 2 1/2 pilot hole with 4 on 4 wheel pattern.

The pilot hole on trailer wheel # AM20202 is 2.84 inches. Wheel # AM20222DX is closer at 2.65 inches. None of the 13 inch wheels with the 4 on 4 bolt pattern that we carry have a pilot hole at 2.5 inches.
The pilot hole only matters if 1) the wheel secures to the hub using wheel bolts instead of lug nuts or 2) the wheel secures with lug nuts but the pilot hole is smaller than what the hub requires.
If the wheel secures to the hub with lug nuts then this means that the wheel centers on the hub using the lug nuts making in a lug centric wheel. In this case having a larger pilot hole is fine.
But if the wheel secures to the hub using wheel bolts then it is hub centric and the pilot hole must be exact.
