Yes, there is a really nice option for a tool-free, easy to install and remove 2-bike rack, from Kuat, called the Sherpa 2.0. The reason this rack is so easy to use is because it uses a knob to tighten in the hitch, so you don't have to spend time on your hands and knees with a ratchet to tighten and untighten a hitch bolt. It is also light, at just 32 lbs, so it's simple to carry.

To install it you just insert it in the receiver, tighten the knob, and insert the hitch pin, which is not threaded.
