The best way to add a 5-Way connector to your 2016 Jeep Wrangler is by using the Tow Ready Adapter # 20036. This plugs into an existing 4-Way on your vehicle, like the T-One # 118416, for the basic trailer light functions, and then you splice in the blue wire to the reverse light circuit on your Wrangler so that function is then sent to your trailer.
Attached is a review video of the Tow Ready adapter as well as an installation video of the T-One wiring harness in case you don't already have a 4-Way.
