What Does The Number Underneath The Part Number On My Titan Master Cylinder Mean?
Question:
I have a Venture boat trailer with disc brakes. Old master cylinder has stamped on it 23744 and a 1 underneath that number. The new one has a 23744 and a 5 underneath it. Is the new one the same as the old one?

Expert Reply:
Yes, the replacement 23744 master cylinder with the 5 underneath is the same as your no longer offered Master Cylinder for Titan Model 10 and 20 Actuators # T2374400 with the 1 underneath. The numbers underneath just denote what manufacturing facility they were made in.
Additionally, to finish with installation you're also going to need an orifice connector like the Orifice Connector for Titan Actuators # T1209800.
