I have a 2014 F140 4x4. I added a leveling kit and it sits nice with no load in the bed. Will this product still work with my truck? If not, do you have any suggestions? I installed KYB coil overs in the front (2") and changed the blocks in the rear from 1.5" to 3".

A 1-1/2 inch lift in the rear on your 2014 Ford F-150 will still allow you to use the Air Lift air bags you asked about, which are the following part number:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus Air Springs # AL88200
A lift of at least 2 inches is needed in order to consider a spacer, so these will work for your truck and give it the added suspension support you are looking for. To make the installation easier, I do recommend using Air Hose Cutter # AL10530 and Air Lift Union Tee # AL21838.
A compressor is also a very good idea in order to make both monitoring and maintaining the air bags much easier. The best option to do so is a wireless compressor, the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ.
