I am looking for a roof rack for a TandG Little Guy tear camper. Can you suggest a rack with the least invasive installation as possible?

For your T and G Little Guy tear camper you could use the Swagman Roamer LT roof rack part # S80510 which does require drilling through the roof of your camper. But that's a step that's not avoidable since all racks will require this modification.
