Recommendations for Roof Rack for a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with Naked Roof

Hello, I looked over some videos of yakima roof racks and came across one that had yakima parts Y00409, Y00124 and Y00657. Are these parts available still? Is there a cost efficient substitute?

That is because the Yakima Q-clips have been discontinued from production.
